Prices
The prices are per person/night and all other MAJESTIC inclusive services, plus € 3.50 Tourist Tax (statutory tourist tax) per person/night (from 14 years). The 3/4 pampering board starts on the day of arrival at 2.30 pm with the afternoon snack and ends on the day of departure at 11.00 am after breakfast. For the use of the wellness facilities on the day of departure we charge an extra fee of € 30 per person.
Packages
can only be booked for the specified period. Only one price advantage can be claimed per booking and therefore offers cannot be cumulated. Unused services will not be refunded and can only be redeemed during the specified period. Wellness vouchers as an inclusive service of a package deal can only be redeemed between 9.00 - 15.00 hrs and are non-transferable.
Arrival and departure
Check-in from 3.00 pm until 10.00 pm & check-out until 11.00 am. If you arrive after 19.00, please let us know. For a LATE CHECK OUT we charge € 80,00- per person (including afternoon snack) - only possible on short notice and subject to availability!
Reduction for 3rd person (from 17 years) in room:
20% reduction in an extra bed with 2 full-paying guests, in the family suites 10% reduction (Majestic and La Monte Suite).
SPA vouchers
Wellness vouchers included in packages can only be redeemed between 9.00 am and 3.00 pm. If the appointments do not take place during this time, SPA vouchers cannot be used.
Dogs
As "dog lovers" we welcome your four-legged friends with advance notice. In this case we have selected feel-good rooms (daily rate € 35.00 per dog). We ask for your understanding that your four-legged friends are not allowed in the dining room, wellness area and on our sunbathing lawn (we cannot make any exceptions for this).
Transfer from and to the train station
We can pick you up and take you to Bruneck railway station at any time by prior arrangement.
Payment
Please understand that cash may only be accepted in Italy up to € 4,999.99 per reservation. We are happy to accept the balance or total amount by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX and EC CARD).
Deposit
We ask for an advance payment of 25% of the tour price.
General cancellation conditions
In the event of a cancellation at short notice less than 21 days prior to arrival, DAS MAJESTIC can unfortunately only waive cancellation fees if it succeeds in immediately re-letting the room. If this is not possible, the deposit paid in advance will be retained. In case of early departure, 80% of the lost nights will be charged. We recommend that you take out our low-cost MAJESTIC TRAVEL PROTECTION at a price of € 5.00 per person/day. Majestic Travel Protection must be taken out directly with the reservation and applies in the event of illness or other justifiable circumstances.

All rooms and the hotel lobby have free W-Lan access.
Non-smoking rooms
All room categories are non-smoking rooms. For all smokers, our stylish Cygar Lounge is available at the bar.

- Our SPA team is very concerned about your well-being; therefore it is important for all of them that you arrive on time for the agreed appointments, otherwise your treatment time will have to be reduced.
